Dynamic Investment Banking organisation in Dubai seeks a Western educated Infrastructure Support Analyst to play a key role within a small team providing complete infrastructure support to the front, middle and back office users and environment. This exciting role requires the candidate to have an exceptional technical acumen which will include Windows Desktop, Exchange Server, Cisco Networking and ideally will have worked with VMware. You will have at least 3 years experience working within the Financial Services Arena within the infrastructure support space supporting Windows Desktop, Server and Cisco Networking environments. You will be results driven, customer focused have a can-do attitude with excellent communication skills as you will be liaising with all levels of the corporate hierarchy including Senior Managers and Directors based in International Offices. Candidates with Microsoft Certifications (MCSE) and Cisco Certifications (CCNA/CCNP) will be favoured. Full training will be provided for the right individual with the appropriate work ethic, communication skills and willingness to build a long term career with this up and coming Financial Institution.
