IT Job Title: IT Pre-Sales Engineer

Role Desirables
Three years college degree
Possess good knowledge of Microsoft & Oracle products, network solutions, and Visual Basic programming.

Role Duties
·Understand the customer needs and requirements from software, hardware requirements and networking solution standpoint.
·Define the solution technical components.
·Enrolled along with the presales team in the tendering process steps (information gathering, technical analysis, responses preparation, and finalizing technical proposals).
·Participate in presales activities involving requirements gathering and definitions at customer site.
·Prepare and write comprehensive technical proposals (including: architectural diagrams, technical illustrations, etc.).
·Write and compile business cases.
·Create technical presentations for the proposed solutions.
·Document the technical architectures of the proposed solutions.
·Respond to customers inquiries.
·Acquire technical information about new software and server products through Microsoft, Oracle & other partner program.
·Learn new business solutions provided by other solution providers.

Pay Rate: ÁED 6000.00 to AED 8000.00 (All inclusive Package- Basic + Housing + Transport + Airline ticket to home country) + Medical Benefits - Commensurate to the experience
