IT Job Title: Project Manager

VAM SYSTEMS currently looking for Project Manager in Retail Banking for one of our clients in the UAE with the following skill set and terms and conditions.

Skill Set required:

·3 - 5 years project management experience in banking or other large organizations or consultancies (consulting experience is preferred).

·Sound Project Management Skills-Knowledge of project management tools & methodologies

·Communication & Inter-personal Skills

·Deadline Management

·Knowledge of systems & technologies , documentation skills

·Knowledge of planning and testing methodologies

·PMP or equivalent certification preferred

Responsibilities:

·Ensure basic discipline is maintained through timely reporting to office.

·Ensure adherence to dress code and code of conduct.

·Provides support and closely interacts with Program Managers to ensure timely implementation of key projects.

·Internal Content including functional specs, UAT documentation and plans. Coordinates with IT, Quality Assurance and conducts testing of systems and arranges for deployment.

·Co-ordinates IT elements with IT Department to support the functional area’s strategy and plan.

* Conduct User acceptance tests to enable rapid deployment of changes and new functionality.
* Liaises with different business and support units.
* Co-ordinates with products teams and business units to formulate training plans.
* Regular update of projects and monitoring progress of project plans. Develop and monitor benchmarks on project TATS.
