Effectively communicates relevant IT-related information to superiors and peers in other practices
Possesses the knowledge to identify opportunities for change and the ability to convey the need for change
Participates in all programs relating to performance evaluations and career development planning
Recognizes areas for internal improvement and develops plans for implementation
Qualifications in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field
Proven IT Management or Supervisory experience
Exposure to multiple IT disciplines i.e. software development, technical support, systems architecture etc
A broad understanding of computer systems, applications and operating systems
Experience and proven ability to lead, motivate and manage a multi-cultural team
Ability to take ownership of tasks assigned
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
5+ years experience in a IT Management role
