Dubai IT Job Title: Siebel Tech Lead
Leading a team of 10 – 15 of internal staff (contractors & permanent) as well as vendor consultants to manage and deliver multiple key projects.
Managing all design and development as per the DC Standard Siebel Methodology. Follow all aspects of effort estimation, applying the world standard estimation methods, such as COCOMOII, Function Points during the different phases of the project.
Planning & scheduling: The Tech. lead will create iterations and development plans delivered in the form of WBS, assigning resources and creating task dependencies.
