Certified Siebel 7.8 Consultant
Role: System Analysis, Translate Functional Specifications for the technical team
- End user support of Siebel 7.8 applications
- Resolve any application issues raised by 1st line support primarily in the areas of Opportunity Management, Assignment Manager, and Order Management
- Provide Siebel 7.8 application workaround for reported incidents
